Champagne Jacquesson Cuvee 742 Grand Vin Degorgement Tardif Extra Brut
Description
Champagne Jacquesson Cuvee 742 Grand Vin Degorgement Tardif Extra Brut is an exceptional, highly unique French Champagne from Champagne's Cote des Blancs and Vallee de la Marne that beautifully captures the essence of Grand and Premier Cru vineyards through a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier with 96 months of yeast-lees ageing. On the nose, this rare extra brut Champagne shows a complex bouquet of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, seamlessly layered with deep notes of brioche, sourdough bread, and white miso. The palate is full-bodied, vibrant, and remarkably textured, offering a pure and sophisticated taste experience with balanced fruitiness supported by a racy, linear acidity and a low dosage of 0.5 g/L. The finish is long, saline, and highly satisfying, lingering on pure mineral notes, making it a perfect pairing for briny oysters, roast guinea fowl, or mature Comte cheese.
