McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin is an extraordinary, full-flavoured spirit from Jundiai, Brazil that beautifully captures the scenic charm of its origin by blending a unique array of 21 exotic botanicals with an ultra-velvety, smooth style. On the nose, this characteristic gin shows a complex, aromatic bouquet of fresh lemongrass, basil, and jasmine, seamlessly layered with Mediterranean fennel seed and the citrusy vibrancy of calamansi. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied and remarkably well-balanced, offering a satiny texture with vibrant flavours of zesty citrus, herbaceous rosemary, peppery spice, subtle acai berry sweetness, and warming star anise. The finish is exceptionally long, dry, and highly satisfying, lingering on notes of juniper, orange zest, and licorice spice, making it a perfect pairing for fresh sushi, grilled seafood, or creamy goat cheese.
