Description
Seifried Estate Riesling is an intensely aromatic, beautifully balanced white wine from New Zealand's sun-drenched Nelson region that combines an energetic citrus core with a touch of off-dry succulence. On the nose, this characteristic Riesling shows a striking bouquet of lime zest, fresh granny smith apple, and juicy mandarin orange, seamlessly layered with notes of fragrant white petals, fresh ginger, honeysuckle, and a subtle hint of slate minerality. The palate is bright, focused, and beautifully balanced, offering a crisp, refreshing texture with lively flavours of lemon sorbet, green pear, and sun-ripened apricot supported by a laser-sharp acidity and light clover honey sweetness.
