Rooster Rojo Tequila Anejo is a rich, exceptionally smooth 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the heart of Jalisco, Mexico that beautifully captures an authentic artisanal style by blending deep barrel richness with a vibrant spirit. On the nose, this premium Mexican tequila exhibits intense aromas of toasted oak, rich chocolate, vanilla fudge, and fragrant tobacco, seamlessly layered with subtle notes of roasted agave and coffee bean. The palate is full-bodied, silky, and complex, offering a luxurious, velvety texture with lush flavours of sweet caramel, warm dulce de leche, and honey-dipped apricot supported by mixed peels and warming oak spice that keeps its clean agave character steadfastly focused.
