Phebus Torrontes Blanc
Description
Phebus Torrontes Blanc is a vibrant, crisp, and highly approachable Argentinian white wine from Mendoza that beautifully captures the sunny charm of its origin by combining tropical fruitiness with a clean, highly expressive everyday style. On the nose, this characteristic Torrontes reveals a delicate bouquet of white flowers and sweet floral notes, seamlessly layered with subtle hints of lychee, lime, and citrus zest. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied and refreshingly crisp, offering an un-oaked, well-balanced texture with elegant flavours of citrus supported by a cutting medium acidity and a delicate mineral crispness that keeps its pure fruit profile energetic and focused. The finish is bright, dry, and clean, lingering on notes of orange pith, lemon zest, and a refreshing acidity, making it a perfect pairing for spicy dishes, Thai food, or fresh seafood.

This is unlike other whites I have tried. I really like it. It has a very strong taste of lychees, is smooth and great for supping in the sun. I usually drink Phebus rose in the sun in the garden. This wine is an interesting alternative
