Blason d'Aussières Languedoc
Description
Blason d'Aussieres Languedoc is a premium, well-balanced French red wine from the sun-drenched Corbieres terroir in the south of France that beautifully captures the expertise of Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) by blending authentic Mediterranean character with refined estate elegance. On the nose, this classic Languedoc red shows intense aromas of ripe wild berries and blackcurrant, seamlessly layered with traditional garrigue notes of thyme and rosemary. The palate is fleshy, smooth, and beautifully balanced, offering an elegant structure with rich flavours of juicy raspberry, black cherry, and Syrah-driven spiciness supported by fine-grained tannins that keep its fruit depth structured and refined. The finish is long, persistent, and highly satisfying, lingering on notes of spicy black fruit, making it a perfect pairing for roasted leg of lamb, mushroom risotto, or mature Cheddar cheese.
