Description
Tamdhu 15 Year Old is a deeply complex Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks that beautifully blends rich dark fruit flavours with a warming, spiced elegance. On the nose, this characteristic Speyside single malt shows an expressive bouquet of charred pineapple and orange zest, seamlessly layered with hints of dense fruitcake, apple pastry, and a touch of aromatic fennel. The palate is full-bodied, oily, and beautifully balanced, offering a rich, mouth-coating texture with lush flavours of juicy apricot, dried fruits, and vibrant raspberry supported by an earthy vanilla sweetness and warm cinnamon spice. The finish is long, warm, and highly satisfying, lingering on subtle notes of clove, waxy peels, and dark chocolate, making it a perfect pairing for cold cuts of cured meat and fresh sushi.
