We aim to pick all orders placed before 4:30 pm Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be picked on the Monday morning

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day or next day delivery however if you're order is urgent, please contaact us directly and we will aim to help.

As we use a third party courier to transport your order, unfortunately we aare not yet able to deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We deliver to any valid UK address excluding hospital PO boxes and BFPO boxes.

Any delivery within a 15 mile radius of Liphook, Hampshire will be delivered by our delivery team.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to locations outside of Great Britain, including the Channel Islands.

As a UK-based company, we do not have the capability to handle international shipping of alvohol.

When placing your order online, you will have the option to select Click & Collect.

• Collection Location: Order collection is available exclusively from our own shop in Liphook.
• Order Status: We will send you a notification as soon as your order is picked, packed, and ready for collection.
• Important Note: Retail shop stock is separate from online warehouse inventory. Shop staff will not be able to fulfill your order if you arrive before receiving your official pickup notification.

If some or all of the bottles in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the case or just the affected bottles for a refund or replacement, if possible.

You must notify us of all itmes which you are planning on returned for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 7 days from delivery of your order.

Any items collected by our carrier must be in their original packaging and securely packed to avoid further breakages, where possible.
