Nautilus Sparkling Brut Marlborough NV is an elegant, sophisticated New Zealand sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method from the world-renowned Marlborough region that beautifully blends rich complexity with a crisp, vibrant style. On the nose, this characteristic cuvee shows a distinctive nutty and toasty bouquet, seamlessly layered with fresh aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and warm gingerbread. The palate is refined, crisp, and beautifully balanced, offering a creamy mousse and silky texture with vibrant flavours of tart citrus, crunchy pear, and sliced almond supported by a zippy, mouth-watering acidity derived from extended maturation on lees.
