Hambledon Vineyard Blanc de Blancs (NV) is a 100% Chardonnay English sparkling wine that combines crisp freshness with rich complexity from extended lees ageing: on the nose it shows green and yellow apple, quince, and bright citrus zest layered with brioche, sourdough, light honey, and subtle floral spice; the palate is creamy yet precise, with flavours of apple, lemon sorbet, and zesty citrus supported by notes of custard tart, vanilla, and gentle nuttiness, sometimes edging into riper hints of tropical fruit, while a fine mousse and high acidity keep it vibrant and focused; the finish is long, dry, and energetic, lingering on citrus, toasted brioche, and a clean, refreshing minerality.
