Sant'Orsola Soave DOC is a Garganega-dominant Northern Italian white wine from the Veneto region that combines a bright, crisp orchard fruitiness with a beautifully delicate and refreshing table style: on the nose it shows clean green apple, crunchy white pear, and fresh lemon zest layered with subtle elderflower, wild chamomile, wet stone, and a faint hint of green almond; the palate is light-to-medium-bodied and nimble, with flavours of lemon sorbet, juicy honeydew melon, and white peach supported by notes of bitter almond, light white pepper, and a soft, smooth texture, sometimes edging into riper hints of golden delicious apple, while a gentle, balanced weight and a crisp, mouth-watering acidity keep it energetic and focused; the finish is clean, dry, and refreshing, lingering on lime pith, nutty almond skins, and a clean, refreshing minerality.
