The General Wine Company offers a range of delivery options to ensure you get your wine quickly and conveniently.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our two stores in Liphook and Petersfield. There is no minimum order value required for this service. Our friendly drivers will deliver your wine directly to your door, making it easy to enjoy your favorite bottles.
Nationwide Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across mainland Great Britain for a flat rate of £7.99 per delivery address, regardless of the number of cases you order.
Free nationwide delivery is available for all orders over £150.
Please note, there may be a slightly higher charge for deliveries to remote postcodes. If you live in a remote area, please contact us at info@generalwine.com for more details on delivery charges.
Delivery Partners & Timeframe
Our nationwide delivery partners are DPD and DHL. We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. Our deliveries typically take place Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Age Restriction: We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. Our couriers may ask for ID upon delivery if they are in any doubt about the recipient's age.

Availability: Wine is an agricultural product and can occasionally run out of stock. In the rare event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an immediate refund for the missing items or to suggest a suitable replacement with your approval.
