Tasting Notes:  Hues of golden straw and on the nose there are intense aromas of green apple and citrus fruit and fresh white flowers, with biscuit and cereal and hints of nuttiness.  On the palate it has a generous mouth feel enhanced by soft, fine bubbles with fleshy white fruits, pear, peach and red apples and soft citrus fruit and a hint of gooseberry.
